By using BookMeBraids.com, you agree to follow these standards.

1. Our Commitment

Book Me Braids exists to create a safe, respectful, and professional environment where:

Clients receive quality braiding services
Braiders are treated fairly and paid properly
Everyone feels comfortable and respected

We do not tolerate behavior that threatens safety, dignity, or professionalism.

2. Standards for Clients

Clients using Book Me Braids agree to:

Treat braiders with respect and courtesy
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Communicate clearly and honestly about style expectations
Follow the braider’s workspace rules and guidelines
Pay agreed prices through the platform
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive language

Clients must not:

Request services outside the agreed booking
Pressure braiders to work beyond scheduled time
Make inappropriate comments or advances
Attempt to bypass the platform for payments or bookings

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

3. Standards for Braiders

Braiders on Book Me Braids agree to:

Provide services professionally and respectfully
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming braiding environment
Honor confirmed bookings and schedules
Deliver services consistent with their listed experience
Communicate clearly with clients
Follow all local health and safety laws

Braiders must not:

Misrepresent skills, experience, or pricing
Cancel appointments repeatedly without valid reason
Discriminate against clients
Harass or intimidate clients
Perform services in unsafe or unsanitary conditions

Braiders who violate these standards may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.

4. Safety and Respect

Book Me Braids has zero tolerance for:

Harassment or bullying
Hate speech or discrimination
Sexual misconduct or inappropriate behavior
Threats, intimidation, or violence
Fraud or deception

Any behavior that compromises safety will be addressed immediately.

5. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews must be:

Honest and factual
Respectful in tone
Based on actual experiences

False, misleading, or abusive reviews may be removed.

6. Reporting Issues

If you experience behavior that violates these standards, report it immediately.

Reports are reviewed carefully and handled confidentially.

7. Enforcement

Temporary suspension
Permanent account removal

Decisions are made to protect the community and platform integrity.

8. Independent Contractor Notice

All braiders operate as independent contractors.
Book Me Braids does not supervise daily work but reserves the right to enforce these standards to maintain platform safety and quality.
