Book Me Braids is an online platform that connects clients with independent braiders.
We do not employ braiders. Each braider operates their own small business and sets their own pricing, schedule, and service approach.

The braider provides:

Their own workspace

Their availability

2. Booking Appointments
When you book, you agree to:

Be ready at the scheduled time

Notify the braider or support team if changes are needed
You will receive confirmation as soon as the braider accepts your booking.

3. Payments
Payments are made securely through our payment partners.

Prices are set by the braider. Book Me Braids may charge a small platform fee to support customer service, technology, and security.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Certain situations may not be refundable, such as no-shows or late cancellations.

Injury resulting from the service

Allergic reactions or sensitivity to products

However, we take safety seriously and will remove braiders who violate our standards.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Not request illegal or inappropriate services

Not harass, abuse, threaten, or disrespect braiders
Failure to follow these standards may result in account suspension.

Every braider on the platform goes through a vetting process that may include:

This process helps maintain quality and safety but is not a guarantee of perfection.

8. Use of Client Photos
If you upload photos or share before-and-after images:
