Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the salon on the day of service. Rescheduling & Cancellations A 10-minute grace period applies. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee is added. After 20 minutes, the appointment may be canceled. Arrival Requirements Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and fully detangled. Extra detangling, blow-drying, or take-down services will require additional fees. Health & Safety For safety, the exact address of the stylist is shared after booking. Clients are required to provide accurate contact information and a general location or ZIP code during booking. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. Service Duration Service times are estimates and may vary based on hair length, thickness, and the chosen style. Please allow extra time when planning your day. Children & Guests Due to the nature of the service, no extra guests are allowed unless approved in advance. Payment Payments must be settled in full at the end of the appointment. Card, cash, or digital payments may be accepted depending on the stylist. No-Show Policy No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be blocked from future booking.
